Pinch N Paw Payment, Shipping, and Returns policies

Payment methods

We have several convenient payment methods. We accept credit cards online thru PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to process the credit cards. Simply choose the PayPal option at the checkout to either use a credit card, or pay with your paypal account.

These methods may delay delivery due to mailing time, and time for funds to clear. We can also process credit cards by phone. To arrange payment over the phone please call 518-894-1472

Shipping

Pinch N' Paw Living does not charge a handling fee for most orders. To help cover the expense of processing small orders, a $4.00 low order fee is added at checkout for all orders totaling under $30.00.

For the purpose of gift giving We will use any ship to address requested within the United States for any order under $200.00. Due to increased credit card fraud, all orders totaling over $200.00 and paid by credit or debit card must be shipped to the cardholders address. To request a waiver to this policy please leave a note in checkout comments with a daytime phone number where you may be reached.

Due to the nature of some items, we may require shipment to the purchaser. These items are noted on the sale page.

We ship standard ground usually within 2 to 3 business days of payment verification, or rush shipments are shipped next business day. You will be notified of any change in this policy due to merchandise availability, or any unforseen circumstances. If the modified shipping arrangements are not acceptable you will be given the opportunity to modify, or cancel your order.

Pinch N' Paw uses table rate shipping. Shipping charges are as follows.

Returnes
Your satisfaction is our top concern. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department within five days of receipt of your order. You will then be given return instructions, and a full refund will be issued. All items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
